Research and Education Interests
My research and educational interests are to assist beef
producers by developing new applied knowledge and in
adopting new knowledge in the production and marketing of
livestock products in an increasingly global marketplace. To
provide the nation with a safe reliable beef supply while
preserving and protecting resources and economic viability.
