Dr. Kerry Ridgway, DVM. Owns a sport medicine practice in Sonoma, CA called Equisport. He graduated from Colorado State with a DVM degree. He is a member of the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association. His area of expertise is holistic sports medicine modalities. He travels all over the world to give lectures and demonstrations.

Wendy Albrecht and Cindy Krout, CET.
North Coast Equine Physical Therapy was founded in 1995 by Cindy Krout and Wendy Albrecht to bring quality physical therapy from the human into the equine world. Together they combined over 55 years of knowledge of animal care and rehabilitation with human physical therapy experience. Wendy Albrecht is a graduate of Northridge/UCLA in Physical Therapy. She has been in practice for 30 years. For the past 7 years she has expanded her expertise to equines. Cindy Krout owns a ranch in Penngrove, CA. She has been intimately involved with large and small animals for over 40 years.

Dale Wearing, Certified Advanced Equine Dentist. Dale is a member of the International Association of Equine Dentistry of America. Dale's training began under the instruction of Australian certified advanced dentist Leith Ryan. Dale completed several of Mr. Ryan's dental clinics and acted as facilitators for later clinics. Dale has spent the past 8 years practicing advanced dentistry throughout Australia and the United States. Born and raised in Australia, Dale grew up on a cattle ranch where horses were a part of everyday life.

Robert Bray, Ph.D., Equine Nutrition Professor, Cal Poly Pomona, Pomona, CA. Dr. Bray is a Professor in the Animal & Veterinary Sciences Department and Coordinator of the Equine Outreach Program at CSU. He is an equine nutritionist and received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland in non-ruminant nutrition.

Charles Wilhelm, Owner and Trainer, C.W. Training Center, Castro Valley, CA. Charles is a Classical Naturalist and founder of C.W. Training Center in Castro Valley, CA. He built his foundation training techniques in the John Lyons certification program and also studied classical dressage under Major Miguel Tavora. Charles performs seminars and demonstrations throughout the country and also holds clinics at his facility on a monthly basis. www.cwtmining.com

Kirk Adkins, Certified Farrier and Lecturer, UC Davis. Kirk is a farrier at the UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital and teaches Farrier Science to both Animal Science majors and veterinary students. He is a member of the American Farrier's Association, a Certified Journeyman and an official farrier for the US-World Endurance event. In addition, he is the owner of Equithotics, Inc., a company that developed and markets a special hi-tech performance shoe.

Alan Thomas, Trainer and Breeder.
Alan's life has been real estate development since 1962, and his primary hobby has been a little bit of golf and a whole lot of horses. He resides at Morning Star Ranch in Sanger, CA with his wife Marqueta, surrounded by a breeding and training facility for sport horses and ponies. Driving has led him to combined driving competitions throughout the western states. He is one of the top contenders in Driving Singles and Pairs. Currently he is in his 3`° year of breeding to create American Warmblood Sport Ponies.

Max Gerdes, Certified Farrier and Instructor, UC Davis. Max has 16 years experience as a certified farrier. He received his state license at Humboldt University in Germany and worked for 3 years at a racetrack in Berlin before coming to the United States in 1990. He worked as a private farrier in Northern California until he was hired by the UC Davis Veterinary Hospital as their staff farrier in 1999.
