USB Printer
Question: I can not print to my USB
printer from the DOS version of my ration
program.
Answer: Try one of the following three
methods:1. Shared Printer - See
the
attached PDF file
for an step by step instructions on how to print
to a USB printer. This works if your computer is
on a network.
2. Parallel Port - Look at the
back of your printer. Some printers, such as HP
LaserJet 960C, have both USB and Parallel
ports. Unplug the USB cable and use a Parallel
cable to connect your printer to your computer.
3. Printer
Utility - Buy a software program called
DOS2USB for $19.99 and use it to print to
your USB printer. DOS2USB is a
try-before-you-buy software. You can download,
install and use DOS2USB free for a 15 days trial
period or for printing 100 pages, which ever is
earlier. After evaluating the product, if you
would like to buy it, you can return to their
web site for purchase. Upon purchase, activation
codes will be mailed to you which can be
directly inserted in the already installed trial
version without having to reinstall the software
