Morphology and function of the gastrointestinal tract and other organs of cultured fish species fed novel feed ingredients, including genetically modified; pathophysiological and immunological effects of soybean meal-induced enteritis in salmonids; in vitro intestinal absorption of nutrients in fish; transport and distribution of dietary lipid; anti-nutritional factors; digestive disturbances in cultured fish.
