Josette Arrayet and Monna Jordan Receive Outstanding Graduate Student Teaching Awards
Animal Science graduate students Josette Arrayet (left) and Monna Jordan (right) were presented with Outstanding Graduate Student Teaching Awards by Chancellor Vanderhoef at a reception at the University Club on May 27th. The awards are given annually by the UCD Academic Senate Committee on Teaching and the Teaching Resources Center. Josette is a student in the Master of Agriculture and Management Program, directed by Dr. Ian Garnett, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Animal Science, while Monna is working on her doctorate in the Physiology Graduate Group under the guidance of Professor Jan Roser. They were the only graduate students in the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences to receive the award this year. |
