OUTREACH AND TRAVEL
- Huaijun Zhou presented research at the American Association of Immunology (AAI) meeting last week & received a 2013 AAI Early Career Faculty Travel Grant.
- Frank Mitloehner was a speaker at the National Academy of Science Institute of Medicine workshop: “Sustainable diets: Food for healthy people and a healthy planet”
- Sandra Weisker hosted Cosumnes Junior College Vet Tech class in Cole B for a tour & rodent handling lab. Sandra, with Dr. Rhonda Oates-O’Brien and the IACUC teaching rabbits, also did a day long class on rabbits for another university.
