Join us for our annual UC Davis Horse Day event on October 11, 2025! A day filled with workshops, demonstrations, and lectures dedicated to continuing education for horse owners and enthusiasts. With a wide range of topics from equine diseases, nutrition, lameness, current research, and reproduction, there is sure to be something for everyone at this event.

Event Schedule:
Horse Day features four breakout sessions covering a wide range of topics with multiple speakers in each session. During each round, participants can choose to attend the talks and demonstrations that are of most interest to them. During check-in and the lunch hour, participants are invited to check out our exhibitor area filled with tons of equine related businesses, services, clubs and organizations. Pre-purchase lunch is available when you register online, and there will also be an opportunity to tour the historic UC Davis Horse Barn during the lunch hour. Our event wraps up with an exciting final demonstration in the main arena to round out a fun and informative equine event!

Day-Of Timeline:
- Registration and Check-In: 8:30-9:30 AM
- Welcome Session: 9:45-10:00 AM
- Session Round 1: 10:15-11:00 AM
- Session Round 2: 11:15-12:00 PM
- Lunch and Trade Show: 12:00-1:00 PM
- Session Round 3: 1:15-2:00 PM
- Session Round 4: 2:15-3:00 PM
- Closing Session: 3:15-4:00 PM
Registration Details:
- Adult Registration:
- Early Registration: $35 before October 5
- Regular Registration: $45 October 5 or later
- Current UCD Students and Children: $15
- Children 5yrs-16yrs old are eligible
- Children under 5 are free!
- Pre-Purchase Boxed Lunch: $18
- Turkey, Roast Beef, or Veggie Sandwich or Vegan Salad
